1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RectoChat ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Code of Conduct

• You agree to be respectful to other users and not engage in bullying, harassment, or abusive behavior. Any form of virtual abuse is prohibited unless it is clearly consensual and playful between all parties involved.


• You shall not use exploits or any other unauthorized methods to execute administrator commands. Doing so will result in an immediate ban of your account and IP address.

3. Account Management

• RectoChat reserves the right to manipulate, suspend, or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.


• RectoChat is not responsible for any bullying, harassment, or crimes committed by you or any other user on the Platform, whether directly or indirectly.

4. Content and Ownership

• All content, including text, images, and data, provided by RectoChat is owned by RectoChat or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.


• You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform but grant RectoChat a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content as part of the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

• RectoChat shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


• You use the Platform at your own risk, and RectoChat makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

RectoChat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.
